Machines for stretching protective film "pelabile" on aluminium sheets

We design and produce machines for special operations on aluminium sheets. In particular way we had developed:

Machine for stretching and cutting of the protective film on aluminium sheets

This machine stretches out a protective film on superior side of aluminium sheets having a maximum width of 1600 mm .

In the entry side of the machine there is a roller conveyor to place the aluminium sheet. The motor roller has a surface treatment to grant a better drag of the sheet, besides, the motor roller is made by an anti-stain material to avoid to  make sheet dirty.

The stretching and pressing operations occur through the opposition of a rubber roller pressing on the drum of conveyor system.

The rubber roller is controlled by a pneumatic system

After this pressing system there is a second one similar to the first

A cutting system is set between the two pressing rollers.

The cut is made by a special knife controlled by an automatic pneumatic system

After the pressing operation there is a roller conveyor to make easier the exit of aluminium sheet

The machine is endowed with 3 shafts bringing films  coils, every shaft has  with 2 aluminiun centering cones

The machine is endowed with 3 shafts bringing coils of protective film, every shaft  has 2 aluminum centering cones

The maximum diameter of the film coil is estimated at 320 mm
